Random Stuff

This is baby Everett, who for the life of me I can't get a decent picture of. He's a totally mellow guy but the worst sleeper by far, as a I write this he is woken up too early from his nap and is crying in his crib, I'm hoping he'll cry himself back to sleep.
Ava is obsessed with paper, she loves blank computer paper that she makes all kinds of crafts with, she will spend hours making all kinds of crafty paper things, like these fans which she is selling for three dollars and a nickel, if anyone is interested.

Here are some pictures of the girls at ice skating lessons. When Sean and I first took them to ice skate it took them an hour (literaly) to skate (shuffle) around the rink one time! Now they can glide all around and love it.

picturing you and SEAN iceskating is soooo funny to me. hahaa. It is so funny that the guys we marry have to grow up and become dads. I love it. Good for you putting your girls in some kind of class...that might be a first for the merrell girls.

It is good you are encouraging them to enjoy winter activities at a young age they will be gratfull for it when they are older. I wish I had learned how to do all this stuff when I was younger its alot more embarassing when it takes you an hour and a half to shuffle around the rink one time at my age!

thats the first picture of Everett that I've seen that looks like that. I had a totally different picture of him in my mind. That is a really cute picture.

PS. Um Ashley maybe you don't remember the show stoppers..

Everett's little round face is so cute, even if it's not a "great" picture! How fun to have ice skating lessons! I would have loved that as a little girl, but I didn't get any type of lessons. Not even for swimming. Our dad just threw us out into the water with a life jacket behind the boat...didn't need much swimming skills for that!

Show stoppers...that awesome. I totally forgot about that. They had some great costumes. Also, I can't believe how much Everett looks like Sean. You have a true mini-me on your hands.

Amber, its so fun to see your family, especially Everett. Your kids are so cute. We need to plan a time to get together.

I know what you mean about the paper fetish....we probably go through a ream of paper a week. Add scissors and you've got hours of fun (and a huge mess!).

Everett is so cute, his cheeks are squishable.

And the paper is cracking me up. We have more paper fans around here than I can even deal with. The worst part is Kathryn has taught Nate and Dane how to make them so it's been x's 3! At least Ava tries to sell them, ha!

Your kids are so cute. I love the fan making. MaKyra draws pictures every day for every friend and relative. It is crazy how much paper she goes through and then leaves it in piles to she can give them away.

Ava is a little entrepreneur. I never would've thought of selling my crafts when I was here age. I love the skating pics too.
